  6. To provide safe, timely, and efficient ward facilitation to all learners.
  7. To liaise with the ward manager and lead the ward team, including practice supervisors/assessors, by supporting their learning.
  8. To maintain accurate records of learning, development, skills training, and competency for each staff member.
  9. To ensure staff have undertaken relevant training and are competent in using all equipment within the clinical area.
