We are looking for an individual to work full time as a Surgical Clinical Practice Facilitator across the surgical division. In this role, you will provide high-level clinical skills training and education to our nursing workforce.
This is an active role, supporting the development and delivery of training and education to the registered and non-registered nursing team at ward level, ensuring a skilled and competent workforce.
You will deliver facilitation to registered and non-registered nursing teams in clinical practice and evaluate the quality of learning.
You will also develop, facilitate, deliver, and evaluate a range of pastoral support to all staff, especially in terms of supporting attendance, work anxiety, career progression, and personal stress, through acting as or referring to available support within the organization.
