Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust in Wakefield is seeking a Band 5 Registered Nurse for Gate 36/37, a busy Surgical Assessment Unit with fast pace and high turnover. You will join a supportive nursing team and contribute to excellent patient care in a NHS setting.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, perform full nursing duties, and develop skills through teaching and supervision. Interviews will be face to face and based on NHS values and high standards.

Competenze

• Registered nurse with the NMC or on an approved programme to register within 12 months.
• Professional clinical knowledge gained through degree-level training.
• Up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice and current issues.

• Lead a team of patients and provide care support.
• Work with the multi-disciplinary team with patient at the centre of care.
• Assess and plan care, implement programmes, and evaluate outcomes.
