We deliver MOJ-commissioned rehabilitative services (CRS) directly for Probation in three key areas: Accommodation, Personal Wellbeing, and Dependency & Recovery. These are delivered in different regions: Accommodation in Wales, Dependency and Recovery in London and Humberside, and Personal Wellbeing in East of England, Sussex, Surrey, and as a subcontractor in Kent and Cheshire.

Our services work with men aged 18+ under probation supervision, supporting them in achieving transformational change, breaking the cycle of offending, and integrating into society long-term.

We have supported thousands to make positive changes and build productive lives with employment, family, and community connections. We believe everyone is capable of lasting change regardless of their past.

Role Responsibilities

You will work within a team of practitioners and subcontractors, delivering Personal Wellbeing Services tailored to individual needs. These include programs in Family and Significant Others, Lifestyle and Associates, Emotional Wellbeing, and Social Inclusion.

The Health and Wellbeing Practitioner will provide client-centered support based on individual requirements. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, providing advice and guidance, assessing, care planning, and delivering structured 1:1 and group sessions within the Personal Wellbeing Services categories. Transition support from prison to community, involving collaboration with other agencies, is essential to prepare clients for release.

You will contribute to Forward and local commissioners' targets, including measuring outcomes through cooperative relationships with partner agencies.

Flexibility is required, including some evening/weekend shifts and travel to other projects to ensure continuity of care.

All prison-based roles require enhanced DBS and HMPPS security vetting, which can take 3-6 weeks. Offers are subject to vetting clearance.
