About the opportunity

The Supporter Engagement team is central to Alzheimer’s Society’s success. It manages multi-channel communication with supporters via email, phone, and social media, both inbound and outbound, as part of the wider Supporter Experience Team.

This role leads a team responsible for supporter communication, enhancing supporter experience, and providing insights to improve fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leading and Managing a Team: Providing leadership, fostering a positive culture, and supporting team members.
  2. Supporter Interaction: Acting as the first contact for supporter inquiries and donations across channels.
  3. Enhancing the Supporter Journey: Identifying improvement areas and implementing changes.
  4. Providing Support: Guiding the team on supporter engagement best practices.
  5. Contributing to Fundraising: Sharing insights with fundraising teams to shape strategies.
  6. Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to data protection and relevant policies.
About you
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
