The Talent Set is working with a health charity to recruit for their growing fundraising team. The roles include:

• Community Engagement Officer

These roles focus on delivering engaging experiences and building long-term supporter relationships. Responsibilities include stewarding donors, promoting campaigns, and ensuring a positive supporter experience.

About the Roles:

Supporter Engagement Officer:

• Engage and support supporters and fundraisers.
• Manage thank yous and impact updates.
• Support development of the giving pipeline and supporter journey planning.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Community Engagement Officer:

• Be the first contact for community and third-party fundraisers.
• Support campaigns like matched-funding and recurring giving.
• Oversee Community Support Volunteers and fundraising materials.
• Promote community fundraising and grow income.

Shared Responsibilities:

• Provide supporter care via various channels.
• Maintain supporter database accuracy.
• Coordinate with marcomms for campaign engagement.
• Build supporter journeys for long-term support.

Person Specification:

• Experience in supporter care, individual giving, or community fundraising.
• Familiar with databases and supporter engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
