Are you ready to make a difference every night? Our client is looking for a compassionate Supported Living Worker (Waking Nights) to join their night team in Surrey. The role involves supporting adults with additional needs, ensuring they feel safe and supported in their home environment.

Our client is a dedicated organisation that provides supported living services to adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, and communication needs. They are committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment for their tenants, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Supported Living Worker role includes:
  • Working night waking shifts on a rota basis, 37 hours per week.
  • Supporting tenants who wake during the night, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Providing reassurance and guidance to tenants feeling anxious or frustrated.
  • Using positive behaviour support techniques (training provided).
  • Building trusting relationships to help tenants live independently.

About You:
  • A compassionate, patient individual with a 'can do' attitude.

  • Experience or interest in Night Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, Care Assistant, Night Care Assistant, or Support Worker roles will be considered a plus.
