Orders of St. John Care Trust in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead a small team of carers and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents in our Milton Keynes Supported Living location.

You’ll plan, implement and review care plans, ensure dignity, independence and wellbeing, and support the Home Manager. The role offers opportunities for career development, training and a supportive, rewarding environment.

Formación

• Previous experience in residential care setting or similar
• Experience in supervising staff is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and positive role modelling

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team of carers to deliver high-quality care

• Support Home Manager and ensure resident wellbeing and dignity
