Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Aberystwyth.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Your responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
All our services operate 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life. There is also a sleep-in shift available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
Benefits include 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time), pension, holiday buying options, ongoing training and development, and a supportive, inclusive work environment that values your contributions.
