We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee our specialist services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in Bracknell and the wider Berkshire area.

This is a CQC Registered Manager role ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in supported living or residential care and a passion for delivering person-centred care that promotes independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and autism
• Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
• Ensure full CQC compliance, quality assurance, and safeguarding standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise Support Workers and Team Leaders
• Develop personalised support plans tailored to individual needs
• Work closely with families, local authorities, and external professionals
• Drive service development and continuous improvement across locations

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing supported living services for people with learning disabilities and/or autism
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care – Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence and own transport – preferred
