Part-Time Female Healthcare Assistant (HCA) - ST17 Stafford

£14 per hour | Weekend Shifts + Weekday Hours (During College Time)

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to support a client with challenging behaviours in the ST17 area of Stafford.

This is a part-time role offering a great opportunity for someone with availability during college hours (until July) and weekends (Saturday or Sunday, 11:00-17:00). Full time after.

Role Details:

• Pay Rate: £14 per hour
• Shift Times: 6-hour shifts on either Saturday or Sunday (11:00-17:00)
• Support Ratio: 2:1 - working alongside another carer
• Setting: Community-based support - helping the client access and engage in local activities
• Additional hours available during weekdays until July

Requirements:

• Female applicant (due to client’s care needs)
• Must be a driver with access to a vehicle and business insurance
• Strong experience in managing challenging behaviours
• Excellent English skills - both spoken and written
• Must be confident, calm under pressure, and proactive
• Valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
