A care service provider in Kingswinford is seeking a Supported Living Deputy Manager to oversee service delivery and staff training. You will manage staff meetings, maintain compliance with regulations, and develop services for individuals with diverse support needs. Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care and have leadership experience. The role offers a salary of £29,328 per annum with benefits including 28 days of annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Supported Living Deputy Manager to work closely with the Registered Manager within a supported living service based in the main office in the Dudley, West Midlands area.
This is a supported living service which provides services for people with a variety of support needs, conditions and presentations. This includes people who are autistic, have a learning disability or have mental health needs. This role will require you to travel regularly to Stoke-on-Trent and across the wider Staffordshire region. For this reason, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £14.10 per hour and the annual salary is £29,328 per annum.
