About the Role:

As Registered Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the service, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care, compliance, and young person-centered support. This is your chance to lead with purpose and shape a positive future for those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of care professionals
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, Ofsted, and H&S regulations
  • Oversee personalised care and support plans
  • Collaborate with families, social workers, and key stakeholders

  • Manage budgets and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • Management experience in a residential care setting (16+ preferred)
