About the role

We are seeking a Supported Housing Specialist to join our Specialist Living team. This is a home-based role, with no daily office attendance required, but with site visits as needed.

The role covers patches within Greater Manchester, with potential travel within the North West.

The purpose is to deliver a supported housing/wellbeing service to our vulnerable customers, working collaboratively with Neighbourhoods to ensure high-quality customer service.

You will be responsible for managing supported housing services, agents, compliance, and risks across schemes, delivering tailored services to individual customers and schemes.

You will ensure effective collaboration with neighbourhoods, manage voids, lettings, and housing issues, and liaise with managing agents to maintain strong partnerships.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in supported housing or wellbeing services.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in supported housing.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience in partnership working with local authorities, commissioning teams, and funding providers.
• Proactive approach to meeting KPIs.
• Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office).
• A full UK Driving Licence and own car.
