Job Description:

Overview: We are recruiting for multiple roles within the Supportability department, suitable for candidates from diverse backgrounds and skillsets. Your skills and knowledge will help us find the best fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop reliability models using Reliability Block Diagram Methodology for electronic, power, RF, digital, and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct Maintainability Analysis, including Human Factors and Maintenance Task Analysis, and implement Reliability Centred Maintenance.
  • Perform Testability Analysis to evaluate fault detection and isolation effectiveness during system operation and repair.
  • Manage Human Factors Integration (HFI) Planning and Case Reporting.
  • Create and analyze technical publications to meet military specifications.
  • Develop In-Service Support strategies, including Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA) and support modeling.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in engineering or science preferred, with industry experience. Valuable skills include:

  • Experience with Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA).
  • Basic electronic design knowledge; RF knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to read schematics and Bills of Materials (BoM).
  • Analytical skills to influence design through reliability and maintainability analysis.
  • Experience with Testability Analysis and monitoring circuits.
  • Strong teamwork and planning skills.

Tools and software knowledge beneficial: MS Office, PTC Windchill, IBM DOORS, OPUS10/SIMLOX, Matlab/Simulink, Power BI, CAMEO, JIRA, Python.
