Job Role: Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant

The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will assist the team with daily routines including personal care and feeding. Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in care and demonstrate compassion.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care tasks such as washing, dressing, serving food, making beds, turning patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining a tidy environment. You may also escort patients and assist with equipment and supplies.

Previous experience and qualifications in care are essential. You will work under supervision of nursing staff and may be involved in training new staff as you gain experience.
