Then you could be Key!

Due to the ongoing growth and development of our support services, we are recruiting for a number of exciting job opportunities in Dunoon, within our new Short Breaks service.

Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs, where every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role.

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends, as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.

Access to a car would be an advantage but not a requirement for the post.

If you are caring, reliable, flexible, and passionate about getting alongside people providing support to achieve the life they want, then you could be who we are looking for!

Key provides excellent professional supervision, support, and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference to people’s lives.

Join us and make every day matter! No experience necessary! Training and support will be given to help you achieve your full potential.

If you would like to get involved in support work but cannot commit to a contract due to other commitments, we also have opportunities to join our register of relief workers who provide support based on their availability.

We encourage you to submit your application at the earliest convenience, as we may be able to offer interviews at an earlier date to shortlisted candidates.
