Support Workers Needed

Are you experienced in care and passionate about supporting vulnerable adults? We're looking for compassionate and reliable staff to work in a specialist college setting in North West London, supporting young adults with additional needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a care background who is confident working with students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or complex needs. You'll be part of a supportive team, helping students to achieve independence and reach their personal goals in a safe, inclusive environment.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: North West London

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in care or support work (essential)
2. Confidence working with vulnerable young adults
3. Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills
4. Understanding of personal care and safeguarding
5. Experience in educational or college settings is a plus
