To be a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant with Jane Lewis, you must:

• Be over 18 years old
• Have the right to work in the UK

• Possess a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
• Have at least 6 months' prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build strong rapport with service users with varying needs and abilities
