Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives?

We are seeking dedicated Carers/Support Workers and Senior Support Workers for our client to provide compassionate care at a care home near Gainsborough.

These are permanent and full-time positions, offering on average 38 hours a week. Your rota will include weekends, evenings, days, nights, and bank holidays so you must be fully flexible and willing to work to the needs of the business.

In a warm and supportive environment, you will be given all the support and training you need to succeed in your role, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting residents with daily activities
  2. Providing companionship and emotional support
  3. Ensuring a safe environment for service users to thrive

Previous experience is preferred but not essential; what is important is a patient approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to improve someone's life through your actions.

You need to be able to obtain a DBS certificate. A driving license is essential. Flexible shifts available, on a full-time and permanent basis - pay starting from £12.20 per hour, from £13.20 per hour for Seniors.
