Job summary

United Response is seeking a part-time Support Worker in Darlington to empower individuals to live the lives they want. You will build relationships, support with daily routines and personal care, and assist with appointments, finances, and medication as outlined in personal plans.

Who will you be supporting?

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering, and hobbies.
