About Support Worker Role

Support Workers Pay rate: £13.68 - £14.00 an hour, weekly pay

To be a Jane Lewis Support Worker, you must:

• Be over the age of 18 to apply
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be a UK resident; we are unable to offer sponsorship
• Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
• Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
• Be able to build a strong rapport with service users with varying needs and abilities
• Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
