Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker who will help people live as independently as possible across their own homes, community services and care settings.

No prior care experience is required; we provide full training. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, a supportive, values‑led team, and meaningful work that truly matters.

Each person has a personalised plan focusing on needs and aspirations, with long‑term career opportunities in health and social care.

About the Role

As a Support Worker at AFG, you'll support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. This could be in:

• People's own homes
• Community-based services
• Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals
