Job summary

Alternative Futures Group in the UK is hiring a Support Worker to help people live as independently as possible. No previous care experience is required because full training is provided.

You’ll work across people’s own homes, community services, and care settings with flexible shifts (days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends) in a supportive, values-led team focused on person-centred care. This is a role with long-term career opportunities in Health & Social Care.
