Job summary

Lifeways is seeking dedicated Support Workers for our Retford service. We help people live more independently, creating homes filled with dignity, purpose and connection.

We offer morning, afternoon and sleep-in shifts and value a compassionate, reliable team player. You will support individuals with daily living skills, encourage independence and tailor emotional and practical support to each person, as part of a warm, close-knit team.
