We are looking for passionate Childrens Support Workers who are available to work on a Temp to Perm basis.

Role Overview

As a Childrens Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support the Young Person's emotional wellbeing. Your role is to help support service users in maximising their choices, rights, and decisions.

Requirements

1. Hold a full UK driving licence
2. Level 3 in Health & Social Care/Children & Young People is desirable but not essential
3. At least 6 months experience working in a similar setting
4. Empathetic, non-judgemental, and calm demeanor
5. Dedicated, committed, and proactive attitude
