Overview

Youth Support Worker - Yeovil (Lufton) | £15 per hour | Full-Time | Day Shifts | Immediate Start

We are looking for 4 compassionate and enthusiastic Youth Support Workers to join a specialist residential college in Yeovil. You\'ll be supporting young people aged 16-25 with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex emotional or behavioural needs, helping them to thrive in both education and everyday life.

What You\'ll Do
  • Support students in education, therapy, and leisure activities
  • Assist with personal care and day-to-day living
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment and keep accurate records and reports to ensure the best outcomes for students
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience supporting young people or adults with additional needs (e.g. SEN, care, supported living, youth work)
  • A calm, caring, and consistent approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Weekly availability to provide stability and continuity for students
Benefits
  • £15 per hour (inc. holiday pay)
  • Full-time hours on a set rota (includes weekends & Bank Holidays)
  • Day shifts available: 08:30-15:00 or 14:30-22:00
  • Full training provided
