About the Role

You'll be providing person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs and neurological conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Encouraging and facilitating meaningful activities and community engagement
  • Building trusting relationships and promoting independence
  • Writing clear, detailed notes and maintaining accurate records
  • Working as part of a supportive and professional team
