Capability Scotland is seeking a part-time Support Worker for Wallace Court in Elderslie, Johnstone. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring a high standard of care and fostering independence. Wallace Court is a residential and respite service in Elderslie, Johnstone, providing 24-hour support 7 days a week to customers aged between 18 and 65 with physical and learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of the team, providing:
Having a driving licence and a willingness to drive our customers' adapted vehicles is a preferred requirement. This will allow you to support our customers with social outings, medical appointments, and accessing their local and wider community.
Hours - 36 hours per week. You will work on a 9-week rolling rota, covering three shifts: 0700-1500, 1400-2200, and 2130-0800.
Location - Main Road, Elderslie, Johnston, PA5 9ES
