Pin Point Health is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team in Warrington, delivering care across Supported Living, Residential Services, Specialist Units and Private Hospitals. You will administer medication, support daily living, maintain accurate reports and liaise with the Service Manager.

The role requires 6–12 months’ healthcare experience, resilience, adaptability and a commitment to safeguarding clients’ welfare.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in healthcare, preferably with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.
• Patient and calm under pressure.
• Flexible to work across multiple environments weekly.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Administering medication and support with daily living tasks.
• Developing positive relationships with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensuring health, safety and welfare of clients.
• Maintaining accurate reports and support plans.
• Completing administrative duties and coordinating with the Service Manager.
• Respect confidentiality and build relationships with service users and families.
