Job summary

Key in Scotland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two mature gentlemen in their home, promoting social engagement and a stimulating environment.

You will join a local team and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights when needed, with person-centered support at the core of care.

Support Worker - Up to 25 hours per week

About the role

Working locally, you will join our team to support two mature gentlemen in their home. These individuals have a wide range of interests including arts, music, quiz shows, spending time with family, and socialising within their local community. They enjoy good company and laughter with others, creating a happy stimulating environment in their home.

If you're caring, reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting others to achieve the life they desire, then you could be who we are looking for!

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.

A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
