Job summary

Key is recruiting a Support Worker in Scotland to provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with a range of needs in a local setting. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, upholding dignity and wellbeing while working within a team that values every day mattered.

Roles include flexible shifts, evenings, sleepovers, and weekends. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression and access to benefits such as annual leave, pension and PVG scheme

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.
