In Blackpool, Lancashire, Creative Support is looking for kind, dependable, and proactive Support Workers to join our welcoming team. In a dynamic service where no two days are the same, we offer high-quality care and assistance to people with learning disabilities who have greater requirements. After the probationary term is up, post holders will be eligible for VISA sponsorship.
You will assist service users with a range of duties, such as work, volunteer work, community involvement, and household chores. We’re searching for someone who loves being a part of a vibrant team and has a wonderful sense of humour.
In order to make sure that service users and their families make the most of their time, it is your responsibility to build warm, trustworthy connections with them and to encourage them to participate in fun social events both inside and outside of their homes.
With a readiness to work sleep-ins and accommodate different shift patterns (early, mid, and late), we provide both full-time and part-time hours.
Candidates from all backgrounds are welcome. Just a love for offering person-centred care and support in a welcoming, light-filled setting is required; no prior care experience is required.
