Job description

Job Title: Care Support Worker

We are seeking Care Support Workers to join our residential service, Ty Richards, located in Llanelli. The role involves supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviors that may challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exceptional service, providing outstanding care and support.

Care Workers will have the opportunity to work in a bungalow supporting two individuals within their own environments.

Responsibilities
  1. Become part of our team, delivering emotional and practical care to vulnerable adults and transforming their lives daily.
  2. Provide quality, person-centred care according to individual care plans.
  3. Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, and other tasks.
  4. Facilitate activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
  5. Commit to delivering excellent care for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
  6. Work independently when required, ensuring safety and health are maintained.
  7. Adhere to regulatory requirements set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
  8. Applicants must be over 18 years old.
