Join Our Team as a Care Support Worker at Ty Richards, Llanelli

We are looking for Care Support Workers to join our residential service Ty Richards in Llanelli, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and behaviours that may challenge. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an exceptional environment, providing outstanding care and support.

Care Workers will have the opportunity to work in a bungalow supporting two individuals within their own environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of our team, delivering emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults and transforming their lives daily.
• Provide quality care in a residential setting, following person-centred care plans.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, and other tasks.
• Facilitate activities that promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Commit to providing excellent care for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
• Work independently when necessary, taking responsibility for the safety and health of those supported.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
• You must be over 18 to apply.

Additional Information

• Various contracted hours (22 to 45 hours), including weekends and night shifts on a rota basis.
