Support Worker Role at M&D Care

We are looking for Support Workers to join our Residential Service team in Penygroes, Llanelli. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the lives of the people we support and their families.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Become part of our team, delivering emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults, transforming their lives daily.
  • Provide quality care within a residential setting, ensuring adherence to person-centred care plans.
  • Work on a rota basis, including early starts, late finishes, day and night shifts, and weekends.
  • Support with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, and activities promoting dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Commit to high standards of care for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
  • Work independently when needed, taking responsibility for the safety and health of those supported.
  • Follow regulatory requirements as outlined by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
  • Applicants must be over 18 years old.
