Support Worker - Residential Service in Penygroes, Llanelli

Role and Responsibilities
  1. Deliver emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults, enhancing their quality of life.
  2. Provide care within a residential setting, following person-centred care plans.
  3. Work on a rota, including early starts, late finishes, day/night shifts, and weekends.
  4. Assist with personal care, meal prep, medication, shopping, and activities promoting dignity and independence.
  5. Work independently, ensuring safety and health of those supported, within regulatory standards.
