A leading local authority in Wales is seeking a Support Worker to assist individuals with complex mental wellbeing needs. The successful candidate will support care plans, promoting independence while working within a friendly and supportive team. This role is essential in enhancing the lives of service users, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to manage their daily living.

Please note that the advertised salary for this position is subject to a pending pay award. The final salary will be adjusted in line with the nationally agreed pay award.

We are looking for an individual who would support and implement social work care plans for individuals with complex mental wellbeing needs, address their issues, reduce risks, and help them achieve independence.
You would be part of a team making these things happen and would be closely supported and supervised in your work.
The work takes place across Ceredigion and offers a highly practical role within our friendly and supportive team.
