  • Support Worker – Thorpe St Andrews, Norwich
  • Location: Thorpe St Andrews, Norwich
  • Part Time – 15 hours per week
  • £12.35 per hour + 10% weekend enhancement
  • Overtime paid at +£2.50 per hour

  • Shift Patterns:
  • 07:00 – 14:30
  • 14:00 – 21:30
  • 14:45 – 22:15 Includes alternate weekend working

A full manual driving licence is essential, as you'll be expected to drive our accessible vehicles and support people in the community.

  • What does a Support Worker do?

Every day is different, but your core role will include:

  • Providing personalised care and support based on individual needs and preferences
  • Helping residents take part in a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling lifestyle
  • Supporting daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Taking people we support out into the community for activities such as shopping, pub lunches, and days out
  • Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times

You don't need previous experience in care – just a great attitude and a desire to support others. We'll give you all the training and support you need.
