Hourly Rate: £12.30 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week (averaged over a 4 week period)
Location: The Orchard, Plymstock.

Due to our sponsorship obligations, we are unable to offer part-time hours to those requiring sponsorship.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful and forward-thinking person and are excited to be recruiting a Support Worker to work in one of our hub based services in Plymstock.


About the Role:
The Orchard is an extra care provision currently supporting 7 people. The people we support at The Orchard all have varying support needs and all have tailor made support built around their needs. All of the people we support have individual packages of support and access to extra care support for emergency situations. You would be supporting each individual in line with their support plan with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, shopping and accessing the community.


About the usual working pattern: We have a 4 week rolling rota. Please see below. Please note, this is subject to change with the changing needs of the service.

Monday- 0800-1900
Tuesday- 1000-1430
Friday- 0900-1600


Week 2
Monday- 2200-2300 & Sleep
Tuesday- 0800-1430
Thursday- 1300-1830
Saturday- 0900-2300


Week 3
Tuesday- 2200-2300 & Sleep
Wednesday- 0800-1600
Thursday- 0900-1600
Friday- 0900-1600


Week 4
Tuesday- 1000-2300
Thursday- 0800-1600
Saturday-0900-1330
Sunday- 2200-2300 & Sleep
