We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in The New Bungalow as Support Workers. With a commitment to person-centred care, we aim to empower our residents to live happy and fulfilling lives. Join us in making a difference!
As a Support Worker, you will:
• Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
• Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
• Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.
• This role will also include sleep-in shifts.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives.
What you'll need:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
• A commitment to providing quality care and support
• Willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health & Social Care
• Basic IT knowledge and computer skills
• A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work
No previous experience of qualifications are required. When you join us, you'll receive comprehensive training through our exclusive Training Academy, equipping you to deliver exceptional support.
