About The Role

At The Limes, we are looking for support workers who are compassionate and positive individuals capable of providing person-centred care for young adults. Support workers support young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs, including behaviours that may challenge. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in developing the skills of our young people.

The Limes is a specialist residential service offering education and care for up to 52 weeks per year for adults aged 18 to 25.

Living and learning together is our ethos at The Limes. As a Support Worker, you will help our young people develop skills to attend educational settings and learn greater independence in daily life. Your work will be enriching and fun! No two days are the same; you will be part of creating memories for the people we support.

Hours of work

Full-time, averaging 36 hours per week (part-time hours may also be available)

  • Weekdays: Earlies 07:15 – 16:00, Lates 15:00 – 21:30
  • Weekends: Earlies 07:15 – 16:00, Lates 15:00 – 21:30

About You

We are seeking support/care workers with experience in care. You must align with our Hesley Group values, have a positive attitude, and adopt a person-centred approach. It would be advantageous if you have a Level 2 or 3 NVQ or equivalent in health and social care. If not, don't worry—we will support you through your qualifications to become a qualified support worker.

*We are currently not offering sponsorship to new employees; please only apply if you have 2 or more years on your current visa.
