Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
  • Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using positive behaviour support techniques
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and emotional well-being
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans tailored to each individual
  • Work closely with a skilled team to create a safe and supportive environment
