Job Description:

You will be part of a team that delivers person-centred care and creates a safe and stimulating environment where everyone can achieve.

Your new role: This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental illness. You will assist with daily living activities, provide personal care when necessary, and facilitate access to community activities and appointments. There is a real opportunity to positively impact lives by promoting independence and improving living standards. Shift patterns are days only, from 8am to 8:30pm.

What you will need to succeed: Experience in social care is not essential, as training and a buddy will be provided for induction. You must be committed to completing this training and any additional required training. You will be supported to gain qualifications and experience to build a career in social care. It is important to be friendly and approachable to communicate effectively with those you care for and your team. Due to the need for community access and transportation, driving is essential for this role.
