Job summary

Frontier Consulting is assisting a national supported living provider in recruiting full-time Support Workers for Tonbridge (also opportunities in Margate and East Malling). You will provide person-centered support to two adults with autism, ADHD and epilepsy in a supported living setting, including daily activities and community engagement.

A valid UK driving license is required, with flexibility for a 7-day rota including early and overnight shifts; visa sponsorship isn’t available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license with willingness to drive the provided vehicle when needed (automatic license preferred).
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota; some early and overnight shifts may be required (e.g., 7am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–7am).
• Full right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Facilitate activities within the home (e.g., playing Xbox, watching DVDs, drawing) and support engagement in community activities (e.g., meals out, attending work).

Requirements

• Full UK driving license with willingness to drive the provided vehicle when needed (automatic license preferred).
• Full right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota; some early and overnight shifts may be required (e.g., 7am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and 10pm–7am; rota released 4–6 weeks in advance).
