Overview

We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Support Worker - Supported Living to join the team at Ivanhoe Community Supported Living based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire S66 9EF.

The 24 hour CQC registered service is home to 3 adults living with mental health, learning disabilities and autism diagnosis. The team will provide various support to ensure the service users can live as independently as possible, engage with the local community and help them to engage in an active life, retain personal autonomy, social identity, meaning, purpose and achieve a positive sense of self.

Salary: £12.00 hourly
Hours: 37.5 weekly

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.

Your responsibilities will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a positive attitude.
