Job summary

Making Space is hiring a Support Worker at Prospect View in Rawtenstall. You will provide person-centred support to adults working towards independent living, helping with day-to-day tasks, medication, accessing the community and preparing for accommodation.

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. We offer on-the-job training and opportunities to undertake professional qualifications.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Support Worker join our team at Prospect View in Rawtenstall (BB4 8JG)

Salary £13.12 per hour

Hours 30 weekly

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to adults who are working towards living independently and moving into their own accommodation. You will support people with a range of day-to-day activities, including medication, accessing the community and domestic tasks. No two days will be the same, so you will need to think on your feet, respond to each person’s needs and provide support with warmth and positivity.

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
