Job summary

Kingston Centre For Independent Living is seeking a PA to support a friendly 30-year-old autistic man in the community and at home. You will help him enjoy activities while keeping him safe and supported in public and at home.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, caring, patient and reliable, with a full driving licence. DBS check can be arranged by the employer if needed. Prior experience with autistic people is an advantage but not essential.

The role is all about helping him enjoy activities while ensuring he remains safe and supported both in public and around the house. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a caring, patient, and reliable approach. Previous experience supporting autistic people would be an advantage, although it is not essential. A valid DBS check is required, and if you do not currently have one, this can be arranged by the employer. As the role involves taking him out to different places, you will also need a full driving licence and access to your own car.
