Job summary

Kingston Centre For Independent Living is seeking a PA to support a friendly 30-year-old autistic man in the community and at home. You will help him enjoy activities while keeping him safe and supported in public and at home.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, caring, patient and reliable, with a full driving licence. DBS check can be arranged by the employer if needed. Prior experience with autistic people is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with a caring, patient approach.
• Full driving licence and access to own car.
• DBS check required or arranged by employer.
• Experience with autistic people is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support a 30-year-old autistic man during trips out in the community and at home.
• Help him enjoy activities while ensuring safety and support in public and at home.
• Maintain a calm, reliable presence and communicate clearly.
