Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Colwyn Bay seeks a dedicated Support Worker to help people live fulfilled lives in the community. You’ll empower individuals to make choices, participate in activities, and manage daily tasks with dignity.

We offer full training, shift patterns including weekends and sleep-ins, and a supportive team. The role is permanent with part-time or full-time hours, and travel reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must have patience and empathy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Full driving licence – essential.
• Own car and willing to use it for transporting people.
