Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Eastry, Kent. You’ll help people living in shared homes to maintain independence, pursue daily activities, and stay engaged with their local community.

The role emphasizes kindness, reliability, and patient support while promoting choice and dignity. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a requirement for a full UK manual driving licence and willingness to undertake sleep-in shifts.

Formación

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Willingness to work sleep-in shifts.
• Experience in care or support roles is a plus.
